These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the oslahome.co.uk website and every order placed with OSLA Home.  By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms, so please review them carefully before purchasing.

 


 

1. The Contract Between OSLA Home and You

When you place an order through oslahome.co.uk, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). We will acknowledge your order via email, but a binding contract only forms once your order is ready for dispatch.  Until then, we reserve the right to cancel the order — for example, due to a pricing or stock error. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 


 

2. Product Availability

We aim to display accurate stock availability.  However, occasional discrepancies may occur. If an error affects your order, we’ll contact you promptly to resolve it.

 


 

3. Product Information & Imagery

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and imagery are accurate. Dimensions refer to the casing and do not include external components such as knobs or handles.

Please note:

  • Product colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.

  • Specifications may change without notice due to continuous product improvement.

  • Customer reviews are user-generated content and do not represent our official product descriptions.

4. Prices

All prices shown include VAT but exclude any delivery or service fees unless stated otherwise. We may offer a price match guarantee; please refer to the separate terms on our website for details.

 


 

5. Payment

We accept all major debit/credit cards. All transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption.

 


 

6. Delivery Policy

We deliver across the UK. Additional charges may apply for:

  • Northern Scotland

  • Isle of Man

  • Isle of Wight

  • Republic of Ireland

  • Jersey & Guernsey

For large appliances, please ensure we have sufficient access details. We may be unable to deliver to locations with narrow entrances, many stairs, or obstructions. If so, we may offer alternative delivery arrangements such as curb-side delivery.

Note: Severe weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events may delay delivery. We will keep you informed, but cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control.

 


 

7. Returns & Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can return most unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Products may be inspected upon delivery.

  • If a product has been used, we may deduct a restocking or depreciation fee.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK consumer law. Please get in touch immediately and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 


 

9. Force Majeure – Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as:

  • Strikes or industrial action

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather

  • Terrorist activity, war, or civil unrest

  • Transport or telecommunications disruption

Our obligations will be paused during such events.

 


 

10. Limitation of Liability

Our products are intended for domestic use only. OSLA Home will not be held liable for business losses such as:

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Commercial damages

This does not affect liability for:

  • Death or personal injury due to negligence

  • Fraud or misrepresentation

  • Breaches under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Consumer Protection Act 1987

In accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations, we provide our customers with a take-back service for old household electrical and electronic equipment on a like-for-like basis when purchasing a new item from us. We offer collection of the old item at the customer's request, which will be arranged at the customer’s cost. This service applies to all purchases made online, by phone, or by mail order. Information on how to request collection, why electrical waste must be handled separately, the environmental impact of improper disposal, and the meaning of the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol is available on our website.

12. How we may use your personal information

We will use the personal information you provide to us to:

a)  supply and deliver the products;

b)  process your payment for such products; and

c)  inform you about similar products or services that we provide, but you may stop receiving these at any time by contacting us.

d)  contact you for customer service communications.

You agree that we may pass your personal information to our delivery agents, suppliers or credit reference/fraud preventions agencies and that they may keep a record of any search that they do. We will not give your personal data to any other third party without your consent.

We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), under registration reference ZC031704, and comply with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

13. General

The contract made between us and all our and your rights and obligations shall be governed by English law and any disputes arising under it shall be heard in the English courts.

 

14. Warranty

All OSLA Home products come with a 5-year parts warranty and 2-year labour guarantee from the date of delivery. These warranties are provided through our supplier, Apelson Appliances UK Ltd, and are honoured in full for all purchases made through oslahome.co.uk.

To make a warranty claim please contact us at enquiries@oslahome.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault
  • Photos of the issue where possible

We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 2 working days. We will liaise with Apelson on your behalf to ensure your claim is resolved as quickly as possible.

Please note warranties do not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Neglect or lack of maintenance
  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse of the product
